Mark E. Krugler

Mark was born in Springfield, Illinois in 1951. He graduated from Giddings High School in 1969, received a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in 1972, and a degree of Juris Doctor from Texas Tech School of Law in 1976. Mark was admitted to Texas Bar in 1976 and is currently a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Mark has been practicing law in Giddings since January 1, 1977, and his current areas of practice* include oil and gas transactions, real estate, estate and Medicaid eligibility planning, Wills, Trusts, and probate matters.

Mark and his family moved to Giddings in 1965, where Mark's father, Reverend Emil F. Krugler, served as the pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church prior to his death in 1983. Mark's mother, Lily Krugler, resided in this community until her death in 2010.

Mark is married to Patricia Krugler, formerly Patricia (Tricia) Knippa, whose family also is spread throughout the Lee county area. Mark is an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings and enjoys reading, attending sporting events, golfing, and other outdoor pursuits.
